Mrs. Cassandra RayLyn Conley Boyd

RayLyn went to meet Jesus on the night of February 14th, 2025. We know without a doubt that her husband, Richard, met her at the gates of Heaven with a bouquet of yellow roses. What better day to reunite with the love of her life than on Valentine’s Day. She’s been waiting 20 years for this reunion and we are so happy for her. Cassandra RayLyn Boyd began her life on October 14, 1968 with Garland and Judy who would raise both her and her best friend and a sister, Stephanie. A love story for the ages began when she married Richard and had wonderful days of love, laughter, trials, and unwavering commitment. Their love grew even stronger with the birth of their beloved Meg. Meg grew to marry the love of her life, Trent and brought to Ray the greatest joy ever when she became Nonnie to Myles. Her spiritual journey began at an early age and she was devoted to Christ her entire life. She believed in the power of prayer and was a mighty prayer warrior for her family and friends. RayLyn was a devoted member of DeWitt Methodist Church, where her relationship with the Lord continued to flourish and grow throughout her adult life. Her Sunday school “kids” were one of the brightest spots of her week. RayLyn was the kindest soul, full of joy, always had a smile on her face, and had a contagious laugh. She had dimples that made anyone around her smile. She loved hard. All of Meg’s friends were her children too and she found so much joy having a house full of them throughout all the years. She is proceeded in death by her loving husband, Richard Boyd. Her grandparents, Opal and Max Conley, and Ella Mae and E.O. Emerson. Her in laws, Gloria Belle and Eugene Boyd. RayLyn is survived by her daughter, Meg (Trent) McCarley of Stuttgart, precious grandson Myles McCarley, sister Stephanie (Craig) Pinson of Nashville, her four precious nieces and nephews, Max, Cooper, Natalie and Conley Pinson; her loving parents Garland and Judy Conley of DeWitt. Her sister in law Traci (Dale) of DeWitt, niece Lydia (Parker) and sweet Boyd and Alex Frizzell. Her sister in law J’Ann (Lee) Lessenberry and Ashlyn (Brett) Clemons, Bailey (Taylor) Newman, Hayden (Brooke) Lessenberry, Lauren Lessenberry (George) and Ryan Lessenberry. Along with a plethora of other family that she loved so deeply and friends that she loved and considered family. Due to the miracle of organ donation, RayLyn got to save many others lives and there is nothing in the world she would love more than to help others. A celebration of RayLyns life will be on February 17, 2025 at DeWitt Methodist Church. Visitation at 10 am with services following at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that all memorials be made to Holy Rosary Catholic School at 1815 Prairie Street, Stuttgart, AR 72160 in memory of RayLyn.
