Floy Dean Mitchell Webb, 76, of DeWitt passed away December 30, 2020. She was born March 11, 1944 in Arkansas county. She was a member of the Pentecostals of DeWitt church. Flo was a very devote woman and full of faith. Until her health failed, she enjoyed working in her yard and loved her flowers. Flo was preceded in death by her parents Floyd Mitchell and Jimmy and Christine Griffie; her husband Billy Webb; her grandson Patrick Best; sisters Sue Smith, Liz Schuman, and Sharon Lester; and brother Kenny Mitchell. She is survived by her children Dena Hill of DeWitt, Billie "Sissy" Griffin (Bill) of Atkins, Tim Webb (Jan) of DeWitt, and DeDee Waltz (Danny) of Almyra; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; sisters Betty Jo Ragula, Barbara Herman, and Marla Mitchell; and brothers Marcus Mitchell, Roger Mitchell, Larry Mitchell, and Kevin Mitchell. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Cedarcrest Memorial Gardens. If you would like to pay your respects to Flo, you may come by the funeral home before the graveside from 12:00-1:30 pm January 3 to sign the register book. Due to COVID-19, the family will not be at the funeral home during that time.
