He is survived by his parents Benny West and Carolyn Brown; four brothers Danny Neal, Clinton Brown, Benny West, Jr., and Ryan Evans; three sisters Lynn Bird, Anna Evans, and Denise Farmer; and grandmother Virginia Neal. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Essex Funeral Home.
