Mr. Robert Ronald "Ronnie" Smith

Robert Ronald "Ronnie" Smith, 73, of DeWitt died March 22, 2022. He was born January 4, 1949, in Pine Bluff to Robert "Bob" and Iris Hart Smith. Ronnie retired from the post office after 42 years as a mail carrier. He was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church. Ronnie coached and umpired baseball for many years, and was also a Boy Scout leader. He was preceded by his parents. Ronnie is survived by his wife, Marlyn Hageman Smith; two sons Robert Smith of Benton and his children Braden, Payton, Paige, and Harper and Jonathan Smith and his wife Valerie of Rogers and their children Hudson, Whitlee, Gavin, and Deacon; and one brother Richard Smith (Debbie) of DeWitt. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. March 26 at St. Luke Lutheran Church in DeWitt with burial in Cedarcrest Memorial Gardens.
